Role & Responsibilities:

"1.

Provide guidance to the business team in framing sales schemes as per the company's policy & guidelines.

Reviewing sales discounts as per the agreed terms in the announced schemes.

Review credit notes."

"2. Communication:

• Ensure customer balance confirmation exercise on a half-yearly basis and resolve discrepancies or issues with customers.
• Review pending outstanding receivables, initiate necessary actions (legal remainders / Legal notice) for the outstanding parties based on company policies .
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage credit risk and mitigate potential bad debts.
• Providing sales MIS information to the management along with key insights, trends.

"3. Process Optimization:

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in O2C operations.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare reports on accounts receivable / payable activities, including payments, ageing, outstanding liabilities, Prepaid expense reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Perform month end activites for financial clsoure process along with its reporting."

"5. Team Leadership and Development:

Enhancing team performance through training, coaching, and performance evaluations."

"6. Planning Support

Provide necessary support in Budgeting activities and estimate exercise"

Ensure that following company IFC controls"

Prepare and analyze O2C metrics and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis reports on a monthly/quarterly basis."

Process Optimization

"Business Support and Query Resolution:

Act as a primary point of contact for business queries related to O2C processes, providing timely and accurate responses.

"Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all O2C activities.

Maintain audit compliance with zero major findings related to O2C processes."
