Talent Acquisition Fresher

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening:
Actively search for potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, various job boards, and social media. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals who meet job requirements.
Candidate Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for candidates. You'll schedule interviews, provide updates on their application status, and ensure they have a positive experience with our company.
Administrative Support:
Assist with managing our
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date. You'll also help with sending out interview invitations and other key communications.
Job Posting & Marketing:
Help create and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms to attract a wide pool of applicants.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
