Role : Regional Sales Manager

Work Location : Vizianagaram

Exp : 10+ Years

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sales activities within a broader geographic region. Leading a team of TSMs 5-7 territories developing and executing strategic plans to achieve overall sales targets & Increase market share, Sales, demand generation, Demand fulfilment , collection targets & team productivity , Budget Management
Lead & Mentor Territory sales leads.
Performance management of team
Channel assessment and expansion implementation
ASP management
Offer proposals and outflow management
New channel appointment
Communicating channel profitability, key account management of large customers
Competitor & market analysis
Collaborate with other department to contribute to the company's overall strategy - HR Supply chains, Marketing, PED
Complaints management and settlement/escalation as per DOA
