Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for lead generation through channel partners

Responsible for new channel partner acquisition and managing the existing channel partners

Follow Up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone or through Face toFace meetings

Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product

Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closures

Experience in outdoor marketing activities, client meetings, presentations

Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually

Maintain and Develop relationship with Channel Partners to grow the business

Maintain the required no of calls and markets visits as required from time to time

Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market

Take initiatives to meet the assigned sales targets

Facilitate activities that could generate leads for the Channel Partner. ideate/innovate on leads generation methods such as digital platforms/society activities/corporate in-roads higher smooth customer on boarding process and enrich experience

Maintain Good follow up with the CP to increase buying conversion rate for the partner

Core Responsibilities :

Competition Mapping, review & drive channel partner performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly Basis.

Prepare Sales Dashboard Report on monthly basis to be presented to boards.

Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals and pitches to add to the overall leasing deals done by the team.

Prepare periodic sales reports/leasing reports, ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance and feedback to the channel partners.

To meet sales targets as laid down from time to time.

To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement.

Desired Experience & Qualification required :

Masters/ MBA Graduate with Distinction/First Class, (specialization in Channel Partner Management preferred) in the age group of 30-38 years with demonstrated track record in Managerial positions in the Commercial Retail industry. Candidate preferred from Real Estate Industry dealing in to Commercial Projects.

Good communication/ convincing skills

Positive attitude, patience while co-coordinating with clients.

Ability to understand requirements of prospects.

Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting and updating the database

Confident, self-starter & presentable personality

Languages English, Hindi and Marathi compulsory

Adequate proficiency in Microsoft Excel& Power Point.

Develop and implement relevant sales strategies to generate and boost sales.

Maximise revenue generation and lead closures.
