Role Summary:

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development & Documentation

• Create concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
• Prepare comprehensive design documents, GFCs, BOQs, and material specs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company design standards.
• Translate client and sales inputs into practical, high-quality design solutions.

Consultant & Contractor Coordination

• Work closely with structural, MEP, interior, faade, and landscape consultants.
• Provide design direction, technical input, and support during tendering and execution.
• Assist in contractor finalization through technical vetting of proposals.

Site Execution & Support

• Review site works, mock-ups, and material samples to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Release timely construction drawings and manage revisions efficiently.
• Attend coordination meetings; resolve on-site queries with consultants and contractors.

Liaison & Approvals

• Coordinate with liaison architects, PMCs, and local authorities for statutory approvals.
• Support processes related to environmental clearances, fire NOCs, and green building certifications (LEED, IGBC, etc.).
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all legal and compliance needs.

Sales & Client Coordination

• Support sales and marketing teams with accurate and visually appealing drawings for brochures and presentations.
• Address buyer customizations and provide unit-specific drawings for agreements.
• Work directly with premium clients to integrate personalized design requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture (from a recognized institution).

• 12–15 years of experience

  , ideally with a real estate developer or design firm.
• Demonstrated experience with

  Grade A commercial projects

  and

  ultra-luxury residences

  .
• Proficient in

  Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), MS Office

  , and

  Bluebeam Revu

  .
• Deep understanding of NBC, DCRs, and local approval processes.
• Familiar with green building and sustainability guidelines;

  LEED / IGBC

  certification preferred.
