1. Designed architectural projects.
2. Experience in residential and institutional, hospitality architecture.
3. Expert at producing architectural designs that are ergonomically apt with consideration to climatology.
4. Good knowledge of architectural design, Indian architectural styles, design elements.
5. Excellent detailing skills and construction materials.
6. Proficient in working drawings. Should be proficient in the following 2D drafting software ACAD, Revit.
7. Experienced and skilled at current 3D software of sketch up and rendering software.
8. Experienced in making presentations using Photoshop.
9. Experience in coordinating with consultants and the internal teams.
10. Working knowledge of Vastu & traditional construction materials would be an advantage.
11. Must handle Residential Apartment projects.
