Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram location. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing projects from concept to execution, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless integration of design elements. Daily tasks include developing design plans, overseeing software tools for architectural documentation, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proficiency in designing functional and creative spaces.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural practices, such as CAD and visualization tools.
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional certification and familiarity with local regulations and building codes are a plus.
