Sr Manager - Finance and Accounts (Chartered Accountant profiles only) pune 7 - 12 years INR 14.0 - 22.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for a Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts((Chartered Accountant profiles only) to handle the complete financial and accounting responsibilities for 2-3 real estate projects independently. This includes end-to-end financial management covering GST, TDS, payroll, RERA compliance (including Forms 3 & 5), audits, banking, MIS reporting, and ERP operations, along with team leadership. The role requires hands-on involvement, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment. Job Core Responsibilities : Project-Based Finance Management: Work with directors to raise the required funds through Banks, NBFC or other financial institutions Independently manage finance and accounts for 2-3 real estate projects. Maintain project-wise budgets, cost tracking, cash flow, and profitability monitoring. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books in Tally Prime and Strategic ERP. Perform monthly and annual closing, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting. Taxation & Statutory Compliance: File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile GSTR-2A/2B. Handle TDS computation, payment, and return filings (24Q, 26Q). Coordinate income tax compliance and liaise with tax consultants. Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll including salaries, deductions, incentives, and F&F settlements. Ensure compliance with PT, and TDS on salary. Coordinate with HR for attendance and payroll inputs. RERA Compliance: Manage full RERA compliance and documentation: Form 3 Chartered Accountants Certificate for fund withdrawal Form 5 Annual Statement of Accounts for RERA Coordinate with CA, architect, and engineer for Forms 1, 2, and other compliance filings. Maintain proper fund segregation and usage records as per MahaRERA requirements. Banking, Treasury & AR/AP: Handle day-to-day banking operations, payments, and reconciliations. Manage fund flow, loans, and disbursement coordination with banks. Oversee vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Audit, MIS & Internal Controls: Prepare monthly MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and project cost reports. Coordinate statutory, internal, and RERA audits. Ensure strong internal financial controls and documentation. ERP & Team Handling: Operate and monitor accounting and project tracking in Tally Prime and Strategic ERP. Supervise and guide a small team of accountants and support staff. Desired Experience & Qualification required : Education: Chartered Accountant Experience: 10–15 years in Finance and Accounts, preferably in the real estate sector Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, Hindi and preferably Marathi Software & Skills: Tally Prime, Strategic ERP, MS Excel GST, TDS, RERA (Forms 3 & 5), Payroll, MIS, Audit Strong leadership, accuracy, process orientation Should be able to build and recruit candidates for the team if and when required Entrepreneurial; excited to work in a start up / High Growth Environment Confident, self-starter & presentable personality Entrepreneurial, dynamic, & all rounded professional with zeal to work on challenging assignments. Job Responsibilities : Responsible for lead generation through channel partners Responsible for new channel partner acquisition and managing the existing channel partners Follow Up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone or through Face toFace meetings Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closures Experience in outdoor marketing activities, client meetings, presentations Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually Maintain and Develop relationship with Channel Partners to grow the business Maintain the required no of calls and markets visits as required from time to time Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market Take initiatives to meet the assigned sales targets Facilitate activities that could generate leads for the Channel Partner. ideate/innovate on leads generation methods such as digital platforms/society activities/corporate in-roads higher smooth customer on boarding process and enrich experience Maintain Good follow up with the CP to increase buying conversion rate for the partner Core Responsibilities : Competition Mapping, review & drive channel partner performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly Basis. Prepare Sales Dashboard Report on monthly basis to be presented to boards. Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals and pitches to add to the overall leasing deals done by the team. Prepare periodic sales reports/leasing reports, ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance and feedback to the channel partners. To meet sales targets as laid down from time to time. To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement. Desired Experience & Qualification required : Masters/ MBA Graduate with Distinction/First Class, (specialization in Channel Partner Management preferred) in the age group of 30-38 years with demonstrated track record in Managerial positions in the Commercial Retail industry. Candidate preferred from Real Estate Industry dealing in to Commercial Projects. Good communication/ convincing skills Positive attitude, patience while co-coordinating with clients. Ability to understand requirements of prospects. Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting and updating the database Confident, self-starter & presentable personality Languages English, Hindi and Marathi compulsory Adequate proficiency in Microsoft Excel& Power Point. Develop and implement relevant sales strategies to generate and boost sales. Maximise revenue generation and lead closures.
