Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    end-to-end Quality Strategy

    across multiple international business units.
  • Lead teams of Quality Managers/Analysts to deliver

    world-class customer experience

    .
  • Build and implement

    quality governance, audits, RCA, and continuous improvement

    initiatives.
  • Partner with global leaders to

    enhance process efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction

    .
  • Manage performance metrics, insights, and reporting across regions.
  • Lead transformation projects, automation initiatives, and SOP standardization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Quality, with at least 7+ years in

    senior leadership roles

    .
  • Strong experience in

    international or global operations

    .
  • Expertise in QA frameworks, analytics, VOC/NPS, and process excellence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic vision.
