Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform compensation decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and retention.
Manage budgeting and forecasting for compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and total rewards strategy.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
