Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and total rewards strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting for compensation and benefits programs.
