Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead plant finance, accounting, and controlling with strong compliance and governance.
  • Own CAPEX planning, monitoring, CWIP, capitalization, FAR, and asset disposal.
  • Track CAPEX budget vs. actuals, utilization, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare CAPEX MIS, fund flow, RF-CAPEX, and management dashboards.
  • Manage fixed asset tagging, verification, and audit readiness.
  • Drive AOP budgeting, OPEX dashboards, AOC trends, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, TCS, EPCG) and month-end closing with GL scrutiny.
  • Oversee payables, inventory, scrap management, and conversion cost control.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and physical stock verification.
  • Identify digitization opportunities and lead team development.


Qualifications

  • CA / ICWA

Experience

  • 12–15 years of strong experience in CAPEX management, plant finance, and accounting.

  • Strong SAP knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven team handling and leadership abilities
