Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Business Development. The AGM - Business Development will be responsible for driving new business development, creating business plans, managing business relationships, and conducting contract negotiations. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Skills in Business Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate and financial investment sectors is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
