Job Description Looking for PCB Layout Design Engineers with the following requirements: Hands-on experience in complex, high-density, high-speed PCBs , Analog, Digital, RF, and Mixed-Signal PCB layout design. Practical exposure to high-speed interfaces like DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR, Processors, SOC, FPGA, PCIe, USB, SATA, MIPI, Ethernet, NAND & NOR Flash, SD, RS-422, Wi-Fi, GSM. Experience in complex HDI layouts with multiple BGAs and fine-pitch BGA (0.8mm and 0.5mm) of high pin count (up to 2084 pins). Library creation as per IPC standard . Electrical constraint setup for high-speed modules including length matching, impedance control, and delay tuning . Experience in power supply layout design : AC to DC, DC to DC converters, SMPS. Conversion of PCB files to DXF, IDF, and STEP formats. Expertise in power supply layout and stringent isolation requirements . Gerber validation and generation of final deliverables for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) . Working experience on Gerber viewers including Cam350, ODB++ viewer . Collaboration with multi-functional teams: Design, SI/PI, Mechanical, DFM, DFA in a product development environment. Knowledge of power DC, thermal design, simulation, and analysis . Experience using OrCAD Schematic Design Tool . Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Software, Electrical, Mechanical, PCB CAD teams . As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for leading an Embedded Software team and delivering production software for Linux-based embedded products. Position Overview The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Business Development will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth through System Integrator (SI) project business, OEM partnerships, and end-user solution design engagements. This is a senior techno-commercial role focused on expanding IndiNatus’s footprint across large surveillance projects, government tenders, and private sector deployments. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Strategy Drive SI project business in alignment with IndiNatus’s strategic growth objectives. Identify, onboard, and manage System Integrator, Channel Partners, and OEM customers across India. Develop go-to-market plans for new products and solutions in collaboration with the R&D and Product teams.
