Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Agilist where you will leverage your expertise in CX-Scrum Master to drive agile methodologies and enhance project delivery. With a focus on Procure to Pay - Payroll you will collaborate in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless integration of agile practices during day shifts. Your contributions will significantly impact our companys efficiency and societal value.

Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of agile practices ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives.
Monitor and report on project metrics and progress providing insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Encourage a culture of open communication and transparency promoting trust and accountability within the team.
Develop and maintain a backlog of tasks and priorities ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
Support the team in achieving sprint goals and deliverables ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Utilize CX-Scrum Master expertise to optimize processes and enhance team performance driving successful project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
Provide training and mentorship to team members fostering skill development and agile proficiency.
Ensure compliance with agile methodologies and company standards maintaining consistency and quality across projects.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives contributing to the companys growth and competitive advantage.
Engage in regular feedback sessions with team members and stakeholders ensuring alignment and addressing concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in CX-Scrum Master demonstrating proficiency in agile methodologies and practices.
Have experience in Procure to Pay
Payroll domain providing valuable insights and expertise to enhance project outcomes.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration and team dynamics.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities capable of identifying and addressing challenges efficiently.
Show adaptability and flexibility in a hybrid work model ensuring productivity and engagement in various environments.
Display a proactive approach to learning and development continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
Hold a relevant certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies validating expertise and commitment to the role.
