Your key responsibilities

Design & stand-up governance:
Establish TMO/EPMO/PMO structures, ways of working, and controls; perform maturity assessments, current vs. future state reviews, gap analysis, and target operating model design. -
Portfolio & benefits management
: Lead intake, prioritization, budgeting, scenario planning, resource/capacity planning, and benefits/value tracking. -
Program delivery leadership
: Plan and control complex programs; manage schedule, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure clear handoffs between US and India teams. -
Reporting & analytics
: Define KPIs; produce executive ready status and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau, Excel) that blend quantitative and qualitative insights for decision making. -
PPM technology enablement:
Guide design/configuration/rollout of Planview/Clarity (or equivalent); integrate with Jira/Azure DevOps and MS Project/Primavera; enforce data quality. -
People leadership:
Manage and develop consultants and seniors; set goals, give feedback, and manage performance; lead staffing and coaching. -
Client & business development:
Build trusted relationships; identify opportunities; shape proposals and lead parts of pursuits (RFP Proposal Orals SOW). -
Quality & risk:
Uphold EY quality, risk, and data protection standards across borders; keep documentation and decisions clear and auditable.

To qualify for this role:
Must Have:

Education
: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Social/Organizational Science; a graduate degree is preferred. -
Experience
(overall): 9 - 12 years total relevant experience (or 7+ with a graduate degree) with 5+ years leading in one or more of: transformation/PMO/EPMO design, target operating model, process redesign, maturity assessment, capability roadmap, end to end technology implementation, change management, data & automation enablement. -
Proven PMO design leadership
: Demonstrated success designing and implementing TMO/ePMO/PMO capabilities and solutions. -
People leadership
: Experience mentoring, developing talent, and managing direct reports. -
Tooling
: Hands on with Planview/Clarity (or equivalent SPM/PPM), Jira or Azure DevOps, and MS Project/Primavera; able to guide Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel reporting. -
Communication
: Able to simplify complex topics for senior stakeholders; strong written and presentation skills. -
Consulting Experience
: At least 4+ years of external client-facing consulting experience, including managing client relationships in a business or technology context. -
Time Flexibility:
Ability to flex working hours to support US-based collaboration.
Nice to have:
Advanced Education
: A Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Certifications
: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other industry-recognized certifications related to PMO or program management.
Experience in Agile
: Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience in Agile transformations.
Cross-border Teaming
: Experience in managing cross-border teams with a focus on multi-time zone operations.
Sector experience
in one of more - Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Automotive, Consumer, Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Power & Utilities and Technology.
