Agile coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and training to teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote Agile methodologies and foster collaboration
• Support teams in implementing Agile practices effectively and help in overcoming obstacles
• Assess the current state of Agile practices in the organization and develop strategies for improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to drive the cultural shift towards Agile across the organization
• Monitor and report on Agile team performance, providing insights and recommendations for better outcomes
• Develop metrics to measure success and progress in Agile transformations
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully coaching teams through Agile transformations
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist (SA)), is a plus
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage conflict effectively
• Experience in metrics and reporting related to Agile performance is preferred
• Relevant experience in industry domains like IT, software development, or consultancy is advantageous
