Agile coach

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master in this role, you will lead the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies across teams. Your responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices. You will ensure that Scrum processes are followed and address any impediments that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. It will be your duty to promote continuous improvement and enhance team performance, as well as track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Scrum processes. You will also play a crucial role in mediating conflicts within the team to maintain a productive environment and ensure alignment between business objectives and Scrum team activities. Identifying and mitigating risks affecting project success will be essential in this role. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or an equivalent Agile certification is required. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks. - Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus. - Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams toward successful Agile project delivery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment. - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple Scrum processes efficiently. - Ability to drive continuous improvement and encourage team self-assessment and adaptation. - Skilled at identifying impediments and risks and leading conflict resolution within the team. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.,
