About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to support global payroll projects. The selected contractor will play a pivotal role in executing initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations. The role involves guiding teams in adopting agile methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring project goals are met through effective workflow management.

Scope Of Work

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and track assigned payroll-related activities within defined timelines.
• Agile Facilitation: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Team Support: Assist development teams in understanding and implementing Agile principles and practices.
• Impediment Removal: Identify obstacles and work with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor team progress using Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to visualize performance, sprint metrics, and project status.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote Agile best practices and foster a productive work environment.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, ideally in SAFe environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards for metrics, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Experience leading and guiding small to medium-sized distributed development teams.
• Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and fostering a productive, high-performing team culture
