Location : Pan India

Agile Coach, Work time – support until 2:30 AM IST

Core responsibilities

Coach and mentor:
Provide one-on-one and team coaching on agile practices, principles, and mindset.
Train:
Conduct training sessions on various agile frameworks and practices.
Facilitate:
Lead agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
Remove impediments:
Help identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and agility.
Drive transformation
Work with leadership to develop and implement strategies for large-scale agile adoption across the organization.
Promote a culture:
Foster a work environment that emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration, and psychological safety.
I
mprove processes:
Assist teams in streamlining their agile processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Support leadership:
Coach leaders, such as Scrum Masters and executives, on agile leadership practices.

Key skills and qualifications

Deep understanding of agile principles and various frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience in change management and guiding organizational transformation.
Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to measure and report on the results of agile implementations.
Certification : anything related to Agile coach (SAFe/RTE etc.,)
