Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud and other related technologies. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving impactful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Identity and Security solutions to ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Oversee SFDC Development and Customization projects ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client specifications.
Provide expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and streamline customer interactions.
Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to maintain data integrity and confidentiality across the organization.
Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to optimize deployment processes and improve system reliability.
Coordinate SFDC Data management activities to ensure accurate and timely data availability for decision-making.
Utilize SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experience.
Facilitate SFDC Integration with external systems to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.
Configure SFDC solutions to align with business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT Consulting and Analytics solutions.
Drive innovation by leveraging domain expertise in IT Consulting and Analytics to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office team collaboration.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Sharing and Visibility Salesforce DevOps and SFDC Data management.
Exhibit expertise in SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
