Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Agency Manager role based in Indore Tehsil. The Agency Manager is responsible for building and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving their performance, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and motivating the team, monitoring their progress, and fostering effective customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves creating sales strategies, tracking market trends, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

• Knowledge of insurance sales, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development.
• Understanding of market analysis and trend monitoring to support sales goals.

• Proficiency in meeting compliance standards and understanding insurance-related regulations.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector or in a similar leadership role is an asset.
