Agency Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving business targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting, meeting, and converting potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets. - Recruiting high-quality Agency Leaders & Insurance Advisors by sourcing, identifying, and prospecting. This involves conducting presentations, follow-ups, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring attendance at training programs. - Providing training to Agency Leaders & Insurance Advisors through classroom and on-the-job training to help them reach their sales targets. - Planning and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets on a monthly basis by setting individual targets for each team member, considering their potential and the overall business target. - Leading, motivating, and developing the team of Agency Leaders & Insurance Advisors through personal examples, motivational sessions, and feedback programs. Qualification & Experience Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales. - Age Criteria: 30 Years or Above (Male or Female) - Location: Within 15 km from Kottayam and ready to relocate. - Job Type: Full-time Additionally, the benefits offered for this position include life insurance coverage, and the working schedule is a day shift with a performance bonus.
