Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager, located in Dwarka. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the agency's daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Other tasks include recruitment, training, and mentoring of agency staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The Agency Manager will also be involved in monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Agency management and leadership skills, experience in recruitment and team training
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain client and partner relationships
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends
• Analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
