Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager based in Kotda Sangani. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting agents, training and guiding them to sell health insurance products effectively. The day-to-day tasks include implementing sales strategies, monitoring agent performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining relationships with agents, providing ongoing support, and conducting regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, training, and guiding sales teams
• Knowledge of sales strategies and performance monitoring
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
