About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Executive to process sales orders for a US client in the US shift. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage client orders with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and order fulfillment. Maintain & update data in Excel sheets and systems. Communicate with US-based clients and stakeholders via email and calls. Verify documents, generate reports, and resolve escalations. Adhere to compliance and quality standards. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent English communication (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting). Strong attention to detail & accuracy. Ability to multitask and work independently. Comfortable with night shift (US shift). Prior sales order processing experience a plus.
