Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI clients from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver quality profiles.
Source candidates using portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and internal databases.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
Manage client communication and feedback effectively.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, closure ratio, etc.) and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR or related field.
Minimum 1 year of BFSI recruitment experience (mandatory).
Strong understanding of roles in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, and Insurance sectors.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
