Agency Sales Professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a strong network of Agents / Advisors.
  • Drive business through front-line field sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and activation targets.
  • Coach, motivate, and uplift agency partners to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to compliance norms.
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to maximize business generation.
  • Analyse performance reports and work on productivity enhancement.
