Key Responsibilities:

• Source

  Group Health (GMC/GPA)

  business in the assigned geography.
• Focus on

  small-ticket business

  from SME loan portfolios of partnerships, agencies, and small brokers.

• Activate brokers

  operating in the territory and build strong relationships with broking teams.
• Target

  major accounts

  where existing channels are not involved.
• Conduct

  broker and agent engagement programs

  to strengthen partnerships.
• Take

  new initiatives

  to develop additional channels and drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in

  insurance sales or broking

  .
• 25 years of experience in

  Group Health Insurance (GMC/GPA)

  preferred.
• Strong network with brokers, agents, and SME clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.
