Provide training and motivation to agents to enhance productivity. Conduct regular market visits to support agents and generate business leads. Maintain strong relationship with agents. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in SME Agency Channel. Strong understanding of SME products and market dynamic. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad will be preffered.
