Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Amroha. The Agency Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the agency sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, monitoring their performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Agency Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders, analyze market trends, and develop plans for business growth.

Strong sales and business development abilities
Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring agents
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing business plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site and maintain compliance with company policies

Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
