Role Description This full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager is located in Dwarka. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of agents to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional tasks include recruitment and training of new agents, monitoring performance, delivering presentations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies Ability to recruit, train, and guide a team of agents Strong relationship-building and client management skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Knowledge of compliance and industry regulations in the health insurance sector Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Delhi Local Candidate preferred Field Job Role Show more Show less
