Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Chandrapur. The Agency Manager will be responsible for supervising and guiding agents, generating business through sales channels, setting and achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include strategy development, team training, performance monitoring, relationship building with clients, and reporting to higher management.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements
Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
