Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Manager to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents while developing effective sales strategies to enhance agency performance.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost agency performance
Monitor and evaluate agents performance and provide feedback for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge
Prepare reports on team performance, market trends, and sales activities for management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
