Recruitment & Team Development Recruit, appoint, and onboard insurance agents/advisors. Conduct training programs on products, sales skills, and compliance. Mentor, guide, and motivate the team for higher productivity. 2. Sales & Business Growth Drive insurance sales through the agency channel. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company. Promote cross-selling and upselling of insurance products. 3. Performance Monitoring & Support Track agent performance and provide regular feedback. Assist underperforming agents with coaching and guidance. Recognize and reward high-performing advisors. 4. Customer Relationship Management Ensure advisors provide quality service to customers. Support agents in client meetings, policy renewals, and claims. Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention. 5. Compliance & Reporting Ensure agents follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines. Maintain proper documentation of sales and recruitment activities. Submit regular reports on sa les, performance, and market trends to senior management.
