Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Agency Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective recruitment, training, and development of a strong advisor/agent network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a team of insurance/financial advisors, ensuring their productivity, and achieving the company’s business objectives in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and develop a team of advisors/agents to achieve sales targets. Drive business through the advisor network by supporting them in prospecting, client meetings, and sales closures. Monitor and guide advisors on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Conduct regular review meetings with advisors to track performance, provide feedback, and motivate them to achieve individual and team goals. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and expand the customer base. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and generate referrals. Identify market opportunities and provide inputs for product positioning and business development initiatives. Report business progress to senior management through periodic MIS and performance updates. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or team management (experience in insurance/financial services will be an added advantage). Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
