Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Development Manager located in Gurugram, with some work from home acceptable. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of insurance agents. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and implementing sales strategies, driving agency performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering strong relationships with agents to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and business development, particularly within the insurance industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for agent recruitment and relationship building
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience with hybrid work model and flexibility in approach
