Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Team Building Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors/agents. Build a high-performing team through regular engagement and mentoring. 2. Training & Development Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills training to advisors. Conduct refresher workshops to improve productivity and performance. 3. Sales & Business Development Drive life insurance sales through the advisor channel. Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets (premium, policies, persistency). Promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities. 4. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with advisors to ensure retention and long-term association. Support advisors in closing high-value sales and resolving customer queries. 5. Compliance & Process Adherence Ensure all advisors follow company guidelines and IRDAI regulations. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities. Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales and business development acumen. Leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and mentor advisors. Target-driven with resilience under pressure.
