  • Identify, recruit, and develop agency partners
  • Drive sales productivity through regular reviews and coaching
  • Conduct field activities with advisors to close business
  • Track performance and improve advisor engagement
  • Expand agency footprint in assigned territory

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Min 1 year of experience in life insurance agency sales
  • Exposure to BFSI sales processes
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Comfortable with field-based sales and targets
