Identify, develop, and execute strategic growth initiatives with agency partners to drive revenue and market share.
Manage and nurture a robust network of agency relationships, ensuring consistent communication and performance improvement.
Oversee partner onboarding, training, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop clear business plans and sales forecasts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring targets are met.
Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to optimize outcomes.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new opportunities for agency development.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Proven experience in agency or channel development with a strong track record in meeting sales targets.
Must-Have: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Must-Have: Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in sales forecasting and performance metrics.
