Job Description

Location- Thane

Handle customer complaints, service requests, and post-sales support activities.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain and update service records and customer data in SAP.
Ensure prompt closure of customer complaints through regular follow-ups.
Prepare after-sales MIS reports and analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Act as a single point of contact for customers on after-sales matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
2-3 years of after-sales experience in steel or manufacturing industry.
Working knowledge of SAP systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
