Affiliate Marketing Manager - NIGHT SHIFT

Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Manager

Objective of the Role:

To manage, grow, and optimize affiliate partnerships across international markets — ensuring effective acquisition strategies, campaign scaling, and consistent performance delivery across multiple verticals including insurance, finance, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate and publisher relationships (domestic and international)
• Drive growth through affiliate and PPC channels across CPL, CPA, and CPS models
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI and scalability
• Collaborate with internal media buying, tech, and compliance teams for seamless execution
• Negotiate payout structures, traffic volumes, and partnership terms
• Conduct weekly/monthly reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards, advertiser requirements, and TCPA guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills with global affiliates
• In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based acquisition models (CPL/CPA/CPS)
• Experience managing PPC campaigns and paid traffic sources
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign data interpretation and optimization
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with strong ownership and accountability
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow, HasOffers, or similar)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience in affiliate marketing for

  Insurance, Financial Services, or Lead Generation

  verticals
• Proven experience managing

  international affiliate programs

• Familiarity with traffic quality, compliance, and validation policies

• Working knowledge of CRM tools, data dashboards, and campaign reporting systems

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience

  in performance marketing, affiliate management, or PPC advertising
