Role Description:

Yutrp is seeking a full-time on-site Affiliate Executive for its New Delhi office. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, managing affiliate programs, and handling day-to-day communication and support for existing affiliates. The role includes identifying new affiliate opportunities, negotiating competitive terms, analyzing affiliate performance, providing regular reports, and collaborating with the internal marketing team to optimize campaigns. You will also ensure the accurate and timely resolution of affiliate-related queries while contributing to the growth of Yutrp’s affiliate partnerships.


 Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with B2B travel agents through calls, emails, and communication channels.

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads to onboard new affiliates and business partners.

• Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with partners and agents.

• Present company offerings, travel packages, and partnership benefits to potential affiliates.

• Maintain accurate records of affiliates, leads, and communication updates in CRM tools or databases.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development strategies.

• Represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of brand integrity.


Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confidence in handling outbound calls and timely follow-ups.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with B2B agents.

• Basic understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and B2B communication.

• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to organizational growth.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Eligibility Criteria:

 • Graduate in any field (Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply).

• Experience in travel, tourism, or affiliate marketing is an added advantage.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Sector 29 office location)
