Destination Executive

You have experience handling international countries destinations such as Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Malaysia, Thailand, Maldives, Hong Kong, Mauritius, and have the ability to learn and manage packages for Europe and US. You are responsible for collecting and analyzing clients" specifications and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages or services. Working closely with clients, you assist them in selecting appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations based on their preferences. Your role involves organizing travel arrangements from start to finish, which includes booking tickets, arranging accommodations, and planning transportation. You provide travelers with relevant information and useful travel materials like guides, maps, and event programs. Additionally, you handle international tour packages and coordinate with tour operators to ensure seamless execution of the complete tour. A background in hotel management activities from the backend is preferred for this position. It is important to establish and maintain relationships with key individuals in the industry. You will also be required to utilize promotional techniques and create promotional materials to market and sell itinerary tour packages effectively.,
