Perform quality assurance (QA) checks before and after publishing for accuracy, formatting, and functionality.
Address and resolve content-related issues such as broken links, rendering problems, and formatting inconsistencies.
Document content workflows, publication logs, and audit trails.
Provide guidance or training to internal users on AEM authoring processes as required.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
