We are looking for a retired Army officer (preferably Colonel / Lt. Colonel) to join us as Advisor to the Chairman / Chief of Staff based in Shimla.
The ideal person would have served in senior administrative or protocol positions perhaps as an ADC to a General Officer or senior dignitary and carries with him the discipline, integrity, and composure that defines the best of our armed forces.
This role involves working closely with the Chairman across group verticals in real estate, hospitality, and aviation, ensuring coordination, governance, and execution of high-level directives. It requires an individual with exceptional communication, organizational ability, and discretion someone who can represent the Chairmans office with dignity and precision.
Sharp administrative and people-handling skills
Deep sense of discipline and responsibility
Maturity, confidentiality, and humility in conduct
Ability to coordinate between teams and external agencies.
This is a full-time role, based in Shimla, with occasional travel to other offices.
