Position: Admission Manager

Location: Hyderabad / BhubaneswarDepartment: Admissions & OutreachReporting To: Marketing Lead

Experience: 6-12 yrs

Role Overview:

The Program Lead / Admission Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolments for universities in Hyderabad. This role demands strategic outreach, effective counselling, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach & Engagement:

• Plan and execute school outreach initiatives across Hyderabad
• Represent Academy at education fairs, career expos, and promotional events

• Student Counselling & Lead Conversion:

• Manage incoming student inquiries and provide accurate program guidance
• Conduct counselling sessions to convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Maintain a robust lead tracking and follow-up system

• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with education agents and ensure timely communication and updates
• Coordinate with university teams for smooth admission processing and onboarding

• Admissions Strategy & Execution:

• Own the end-to-end admissions funnel for courses.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
• Prepare periodic reports on outreach effectiveness and admission trends

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Progressive experience (7 to 10 Years) in student admissions, counselling, or education outreach
• Prior experience in healthcare or allied health education preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
