Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Developer with strong expertise in web development, email marketing, CSS/HTML, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and deploying sophisticated marketing campaigns while ensuring flawless execution and performance across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo (certification preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, automation, and campaign lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Marketo with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Familiarity with web tracking, analytics tools, and dynamic content personalization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages in Adobe Marketo.
• Implement and maintain responsive email templates and web assets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize campaign performance, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
• Integrate Marketo with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and other third-party systems.
• Conduct A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email deliverability, tracking, and form functionality.
• Maintain Marketo best practices for data management, segmentation, and automation logic.

Good to Have:

• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or related certification.
• Experience with APIs, custom integrations, and tokens in Marketo.
• Knowledge of SEO, UX, and responsive design principles.
