About the Role

We are hiring Adobe Martech & Analytics Consultants across levels to work on Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA), Adobe Analytics, Launch, and Audience Manager.

You will help global clients achieve personalization at scale, enable advanced customer segmentation, and drive real-time marketing campaigns through the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Based)

Level 1 Junior Adobe Martech Consultant (3 - 5 Yrs)

• Assist with Adobe Launch and Web SDK tagging implementation
  
• Build segments and support campaign journeys using AJO
  
• Create and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics Workspace
  
• Collaborate on basic schema and data ingestion processes in RT-CDP
  
• Conduct QA, testing, and validation of tracking implementations

• Implement RT-CDP: schemas, data pipelines, segments, and destinations

• Conduct campaign performance analysis using Adobe Analytics and CJA
  
• Design scalable tagging strategy using Adobe Launch
  
• Translate business needs into technical configurations across AEP
  

Level 3 Senior/Architect (8 – 15 Yrs)

• Lead AEP platform implementation across RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AAM
  
• Architect identity resolution, data modeling, and personalization use cases
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams on privacy-compliant customer data strategies
