About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to join our Martech team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, experience in marketing automation, and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), leveraging Real-Time Customer Profile and Segments. - Build dynamic templates, content fragments, and personalized messaging across email, push, and in-app channels. - Collaborate with marketing and data teams to map data schemas, define events, and enable data ingestion. - Ensure journeys are optimized for performance, deliverability, and business outcomes. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to AJO configurations, APIs, or audience activation. - Implement AJO APIs to automate and scale journey creation and content operations. - Follow best practices for privacy, consent, and data governance in journey workflows. - Document solutions, test plans, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. Job Description: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Proficient in JSON, APIs, Adobe Experience Platform components (Schemas, Datasets, Segments, Sources). - Strong understanding of marketing use cases and campaign lifecycle across email, push, and mobile. - Experience working with Real-Time CDP and audience activation within Adobe ecosystem. - Familiarity with data layer structures and event-based journey triggers. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: - Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy.js). - Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or other scripting languages used for journey logic or data transformation. - Exposure to other Adobe tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign.

AEM/AEP Developer Job Description Key Responsibilities Customer Journey & Personalization * Design, build, and optimize realtime, profiledriven journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) across email, push, web, and inapp channels. * Translate cohort definitions into deterministic and predictive audiences in AEP RealTime CDP. * Use Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to measure the performance across channels and provide accurate profiles of individual users Data Engineering & Governance * Model and manage XDM schemas, identities, and consent rules; establish batch and streaming dataingest pipelines (including Edge SDK). * Enforce dataquality and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). AEM Development * Build and extend AEM components, templates, and OSGi services in Java; leverage Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs for headless delivery. * Integrate AEM Sites/Assets with AEP segments and decisioning for realtime content rendering. Analytics & Experimentation * Deploy Customer Journey Analytics workspaces to stitch online/offline events, surface funnel insights, and feed experimentation loops. * Partner with Marketing & Data Science to design A/B and multivariate tests that improve engagement and conversion.
