Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Experience team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and leveraging Adobe Analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize user journeys, and support data-driven decision-making for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Adobe Analytics tracking for web and mobile platforms in collaboration with development and marketing teams
• Develop and maintain Adobe Analytics dashboards and reports to support business KPIs and campaign measurement
• Translate business requirements into tracking specifications and work with developers to ensure accurate data capture
• Analyse traffic patterns, user behaviour, and conversion data to generate insights and optimisation recommendations
• Implement and maintain Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) configurations and ensure data accuracy
• Support A/B testing and personalisation efforts by defining tracking needs and measuring test performance
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA in all analytics implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Content, and Marketing to enable data-backed decisions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Reports & Analytics)
• Experience with Adobe Launch for tag management and implementation
• Experience in Implementing in WebSDK/MobSDK library Implementation is a must
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, Event Driven data layers, and debugging tools like Adobe Experience Platform Debugger or Charles Proxy
• Experience in creating business-friendly dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, funnel analysis, etc.)
• Exposure to A/B testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skills to interface with business and technical stakeholders

Preferred Certifications:

• Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner or Adobe Analytics Developer Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in Ingesting Data from Adobe Launch/Data Collection into AEP (Prefered)
